The Challenge
Lukas Sprung runs a small recruitment agency in Switzerland with an internal cold calling team - but they had a fundamental problem:
Cold callers with no warm leads - The team was calling blind, burning through contacts with no signal on who was actually hiring.
Outbound felt like spray-and-pray - No systematic way to identify companies with real hiring needs.

We built a custom job scraping + signal-based outreach system:
Dual job board scraping - Built proprietary scrapers for Google Jobs AND jobs.ch (Swiss-specific job board) using Clay.
Hiring signal detection - Identified companies actively struggling to fill roles (aging job posts, multiple openings, repeated postings).
Automated email sequences - Personalized outreach triggered by fresh hiring signals.
Cold caller handoff - Warm leads automatically routed to Sprung's internal cold calling team for appointment booking.
The architecture: AI finds and qualifies → Email warms up → Cold callers close the meeting. Three-layer system where each step does what it's best at.
