The Problem You'll Solve

Our clients are recruitment agencies drowning in manual processes - from candidate sourcing to business development. You'll work directly with them to identify bottlenecks, design technical solutions using Claude Code and automation tools, and ship systems that transform how they operate. This isn't backend-only engineering. You're client-facing, consultative, and hands-on.

About This Role

Automindz builds AI-powered operating systems for recruitment agencies. We've built 30+ systems, serve 40+ clients, and deliver live implementations within 14 days. We need a GTM Engineer who can own client relationships end-to-end - from understanding their pain points to building and shipping the workflows that fix them. You'll spend your days in Claude Code and Claude CoWork, building outreach campaigns, data enrichment pipelines, and automation workflows. You'll hop on client calls, diagnose problems, propose solutions, and then actually build them. This role is equal parts technical execution and client partnership. We're a small, fast team (6 people) where everyone ships. You'll work directly with our co-founders Frederik and Fabian, plus our Head of Automation Vijay. No layers, no bureaucracy - just build and deliver.

A Day in the Life

Your Monday starts with a client call where a recruitment agency walks you through their sourcing bottleneck. By lunch, you've scoped an enrichment pipeline and started building it in Claude Code. Tuesday you're setting up a Lemlist campaign for another client while hopping on a quick sync with Fabian about a Bullhorn integration. Wednesday you're presenting a finished workflow to a client and training them on it. Thursday you're on a regular check-in with another client - they mention a new pain point, you suggest a solution, and by Friday you've scoped the project. Most of your week is split between building in Claude Code, managing outreach tools, and regular client conversations.

What You'll Do

  • Own client relationships end-to-end - regular check-ins, pain point identification, solution proposals
  • Build AI-powered workflows using Claude Code, Claude CoWork, n8n, and client-specific tools
  • Set up and optimize outreach campaigns across Instantly, Lemlist, and Clay
  • Work with client tech stacks (Recruit CRM, Loxo, Bullhorn, JobAdder) to integrate automation
  • Translate business problems into technical solutions - know when to deploy AI vs. traditional automation
  • Propose new projects and upsell additional solutions based on client needs
  • Document and improve delivery processes as you find better ways to do things

What You'll Need

  • AI-curious systems thinker - you actively use AI tools, not just read about them
  • Hands-on experience with GTM/outreach tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Clay, or similar)
  • Understanding of data enrichment and pipeline-building concepts
  • Can translate business problems into technical solutions - you see a manual process and immediately think "that should be automated"
  • Strong communication skills - can hold client conversations and explain technical concepts without jargon

Nice to Have

  • Recruitment industry experience - worked in or with recruitment agencies
  • Agency experience - comfortable with smaller teams, multiple clients, fast pace
  • Experience with Claude Code, Claude CoWork, or API-based AI workflows

You Don't Need

  • No CS degree or formal engineering degree required - we hire on skills, curiosity, and what you've shipped
  • No recruitment experience needed - we'll teach you the industry
  • No 10 years of experience needed - if you can build, you can build

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days

You understand the recruitment industry - what makes a great AI solution for agencies, how GTM motions work in this space, and how to connect business needs to technical implementations. You've shadowed client calls and started getting your hands dirty with our tool stack.

First 60 Days

You're running your own client meetings (with team backup available). You're shipping workflows independently, identifying pain points in client businesses, and suggesting solutions. You're managing a small portfolio of clients and making the transition toward full ownership.

First 90 Days

You own your client portfolio end-to-end. You're proposing new projects, upselling products, running regular check-ins, and acting as the single point of contact for your clients. You're an integral part of operations, taking pressure off the founding team and delivering consistent value.

Who You'll Work With

You'll work closely with co-founders Frederik and Fabian (who lead the technical team) and Vijay (Head of Automation). The founding team is always available for questions and support, but you'll own your workstreams independently. Direct collaboration, no unnecessary layers.

Compensation

Variable component tied to client portfolio size and performance metrics.

Timezone: European timezone preferred. Must be able to cover UK and US business hours.
