Join the Automindz team. We are building AI-powered systems that are changing how recruitment works. Fully remote, high-impact, AI-native.

We're Hiring

We're 6 people serving 40+ recruitment agencies with AI-powered pipeline systems. If you want to do the most impactful work of your career at a company that's genuinely AI-native - not just talking about it - we want to hear from you.

Why Automindz

Fully Remote, Globally Distributed

We're headquartered in Dubai, but the team works from Germany, India, the Philippines, Spain, Bali, and beyond. We don't care where you work - as long as you deliver. No commute, no fixed hours. We async by default, hang out in our digital office on Gather, and meet when it matters.

AI-Native From Day One

This isn't a company that's 'exploring AI.' We run our entire operation on Claude, custom agents, and the latest automation tech - and we don't hold back. You'll use AI tools every day that most companies won't touch for another 3 years. If there's a better way to do something, we build it. That's the kind of place this is.

Small Team, Outsized Impact

6 people. 40+ agencies served. When you build something here, it doesn't get buried in a backlog - it goes live and moves numbers. No layers of approval, no committees. You'll ship more in your first month than most people ship in a quarter.

Real Problems, Real Results

We don't build features nobody uses. Our systems generate millions in pipeline for real recruitment businesses. When a client goes from 0 to 47 meetings in 90 days, you built the thing that made it happen. That's the kind of work we do.

Learn Faster Than Anywhere Else

Startup speed with the focus of a special ops team. You'll work directly with the founders, touch every part of the stack, and learn by shipping - not by watching training videos. If you've got the curiosity, you'll grow faster here than anywhere else.

Ownership, Not Micromanagement

We hire people we trust, give them full context, and get out of the way. You own your domain end-to-end. No one's checking if you're online at 9am - we care about what you ship and how you think.

A pattern across most recruitment agencies that have hired an automation partner: They got a system built. It worked. Nobody on the team understands how. The day something breaks, they have to call the builder back. That's a subscription to dependency dressed up as a system. T...

10-20 hours a week. That's how much the average recruiter spends before a phone call goes out. Building lists. Looking up contact details in 5 different tools. Updating the CRM after every conversation. Manually researching the company before they can even dial. And every Mond...

Recruiters keep asking how to “use AI”. But the boring answer is usually the best one: Stop trying to build a robot recruiter. Build a system that makes your existing recruiting brain searchable. Most agencies already have the goldmine: - old candidate calls - LinkedIn connec...

12 hours per recruiter per week lost to manual data entry. Bullhorn put that number in their 2025 GRID report. The number every founder reads, frowns at, and translates as: "my team needs to be more disciplined with the CRM." That's the wrong read. Logging a call properly take...

I underestimated how much your workspace messes with your head. Until I moved apartments this week and finally got... a big enough apartment with separate office room. Same area, because Dubai Creek Harbour still has my heart and I didn't find an area I would love living more...

8 to 12 weeks. That's the gap between a funding announcement and the real hiring wave that follows it. Most recruiters who set up Crunchbase alerts reach out on day 1. That's the worst possible timing. A Series B announcement kicks off a planning cycle. Hiring comes later. The...

Culture Fit

You default to action.

You'd rather ship something imperfect today than debate the perfect solution for a week. When you see a problem, your instinct is to fix it - not file a ticket and wait. We move fast because our clients can't wait, and the people who thrive here are the ones who move with us.

You think in systems, not tasks.

When something breaks, you don't just patch it - you ask why it broke and build the system so it never happens again. That's our whole philosophy: 'It's not your people, it's your system.' If that resonates, you'll fit right in.

You're already playing with AI.

You don't need to be an expert. But if you haven't opened Claude or ChatGPT out of sheer curiosity - if you've never automated something in your personal life just because you could - this probably isn't the right fit. The people who do well here are the ones who can't stop tinkering.

You write clearly and communicate proactively.

Remote only works when people over-communicate. You document your thinking. You surface blockers before they become problems. You don't wait for the standup to mention that something's stuck. If your Slack messages read like a stream-of-consciousness novel, we should talk.

Ambiguity doesn't paralyze you.

We're a startup. The roadmap changes. Roles are fluid. Some days you'll do things that aren't in your job description - and you'll be fine with that. If you need a detailed brief for every task and a 90-day onboarding plan, we'll disappoint you. If 'figure it out' is your comfort zone, welcome home.

You take pride in your craft.

Whether it's code, copy, a client call, or an internal doc - you care about doing it well. Not gold-plating. Not perfectionism. Just genuine quality from someone who gives a damn about the work they put out.
