Join the Automindz team. We are building AI-powered systems that are changing how recruitment works. Fully remote, high-impact, AI-native.

We're Hiring

We're 6 people serving 40+ recruitment agencies with AI-powered pipeline systems. If you want to do the most impactful work of your career at a company that's genuinely AI-native - not just talking about it - we want to hear from you.

Why Automindz

Fully Remote, Globally Distributed

We're headquartered in Dubai, but the team works from Germany, India, the Philippines, Spain, Bali, and beyond. We don't care where you work - as long as you deliver. No commute, no fixed hours. We async by default, hang out in our digital office on Gather, and meet when it matters.

AI-Native From Day One

This isn't a company that's 'exploring AI.' We run our entire operation on Claude, custom agents, and the latest automation tech - and we don't hold back. You'll use AI tools every day that most companies won't touch for another 3 years. If there's a better way to do something, we build it. That's the kind of place this is.

Small Team, Outsized Impact

6 people. 40+ agencies served. When you build something here, it doesn't get buried in a backlog - it goes live and moves numbers. No layers of approval, no committees. You'll ship more in your first month than most people ship in a quarter.

Real Problems, Real Results

We don't build features nobody uses. Our systems generate millions in pipeline for real recruitment businesses. When a client goes from 0 to 47 meetings in 90 days, you built the thing that made it happen. That's the kind of work we do.

Learn Faster Than Anywhere Else

Startup speed with the focus of a special ops team. You'll work directly with the founders, touch every part of the stack, and learn by shipping - not by watching training videos. If you've got the curiosity, you'll grow faster here than anywhere else.

Ownership, Not Micromanagement

We hire people we trust, give them full context, and get out of the way. You own your domain end-to-end. No one's checking if you're online at 9am - we care about what you ship and how you think.

From Our LinkedIn

Insights, wins, and behind-the-scenes from the team - straight from LinkedIn.

We're a small agency. Not every process is perfectly SOP'd yet. And I've stopped pretending that's the goal. What matters way more to me is having people who take ownership. Who actually care about the company. And who want to grow with us. Small example from this week. One o...

3 engines. Most teams only build one of them. Engine one: signal-based BD. Go after companies showing real buying signals right now, not accounts that just look good on paper. Engine two: audience marketing. Every warm relationship built before someone's ready to buy becomes...

417 signals collected this week. 38 made the cut. Every GTM team drowns in the same noise. Job posts, funding rounds, exec moves, none of it filtered by what actually matters to your pipeline. We scrape target company career pages, funding databases, and LinkedIn moves daily,...

If you use Claude Code, this has probably annoyed you: your 5-hour limit resets at what feels like a random time every day. It's not random. The clock starts 5 hours after your first message of the day. Which means you actually get to decide when it starts. MOHAMMED SUHAIB on...

12.8% reply rate on Tuesday at 9am. 4.1% on Friday at 4pm. Same campaign, same list, same message. Most GTM teams would never catch that gap. Performance gets pulled once a quarter, averaged out, and the campaign gets called fine. Fine is doing a lot of work in that sentence....

A friend accidentally found us a new service line. Here's how. He called me a few weeks ago. "I showed a couple of founders the AI agent I built. They all want one. I told them to just talk to you." Here is the backstory. He had been building an AI agent on his own, mostly fo...

Culture Fit

You default to action.

You'd rather ship something imperfect today than debate the perfect solution for a week. When you see a problem, your instinct is to fix it - not file a ticket and wait. We move fast because our clients can't wait, and the people who thrive here are the ones who move with us.

You think in systems, not tasks.

When something breaks, you don't just patch it - you ask why it broke and build the system so it never happens again. That's our whole philosophy: 'It's not your people, it's your system.' If that resonates, you'll fit right in.

You're already playing with AI.

You don't need to be an expert. But if you haven't opened Claude or ChatGPT out of sheer curiosity - if you've never automated something in your personal life just because you could - this probably isn't the right fit. The people who do well here are the ones who can't stop tinkering.

You write clearly and communicate proactively.

Remote only works when people over-communicate. You document your thinking. You surface blockers before they become problems. You don't wait for the standup to mention that something's stuck. If your Slack messages read like a stream-of-consciousness novel, we should talk.

Ambiguity doesn't paralyze you.

We're a startup. The roadmap changes. Roles are fluid. Some days you'll do things that aren't in your job description - and you'll be fine with that. If you need a detailed brief for every task and a 90-day onboarding plan, we'll disappoint you. If 'figure it out' is your comfort zone, welcome home.

You take pride in your craft.

Whether it's code, copy, a client call, or an internal doc - you care about doing it well. Not gold-plating. Not perfectionism. Just genuine quality from someone who gives a damn about the work they put out.

Don't See Your Role?

We're always looking for exceptional people. Send us a message.
