A Day in the Life
What You'll Do
- Call and qualify warm inbound leads daily (lead magnet downloads, content signups, ad responses)
- Execute cold outbound calls to curated prospect lists of recruitment agency owners and decision-makers
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to nurture and convert
- Book qualified discovery meetings on the founders' calendars
- Own pipeline generation for assigned product lines (RecruitingOS, AcademyOS, BuildOS)
- Log all activity in the CRM and maintain clean pipeline data
- Hit weekly and monthly appointment targets consistently
What You'll Need
- Comfortable picking up the phone and calling strangers - no call reluctance
- Strong verbal communication and fast objection handling
- Thick skin - you're selling to sales people (recruitment agency owners)
- Understanding of how outbound pipeline works (reps, cadences, follow-up rhythm)
- Resilient mindset - you bounce back from rejection quickly and keep dialing
Nice to Have
- Experience in or selling to the recruitment industry
- Familiarity with outreach tools (Lemlist, Clay, Instantly) or AI tools (Claude Code, Claude CoWork)
- Multi-language skills (German is a bonus given our DACH market)

What Success Looks Like
First 30 Days
You've completed onboarding - you understand our ICP, know what makes recruitment agency owners buy, can articulate our product suite confidently, and have a full grasp of the tool stack (CRM, Lemlist, enrichment workflows). You've shadowed calls and started making your first outreach.
First 60 Days
You're on the phone the majority of your day, booking meetings independently. You're working warm inbound leads and cold lists, owning pipeline for your assigned product lines, and following up systematically. You know the objections and handle them without hesitation.
First 90 Days
You're consistently hitting ambitious appointment targets. You own the full pipeline for your product suite - from first touch to booked meeting. You're a reliable engine feeding qualified meetings to the sales team every week.
