The Problem You'll Solve

You'll be the engine that keeps our pipeline full. Automindz is growing fast - 40+ recruitment agency clients and counting - but our founders are still splitting time between prospecting and closing. You'll own pipeline generation across our product suite so the closers can close.

About This Role

Automindz builds AI-powered operating systems for recruitment agencies and in-house talent teams. We're not a typical SaaS company - we're a certified expert agency for Clay, n8n, Make, Lemlist, and Instantly, and our clients see results within 14 days of going live. We're hiring an SDR to own appointment setting across our product lines. You'll work warm inbound leads from our content engine (YouTube, lead magnets, blog, playbook downloads) and cold outbound from signal-enriched lists we build for you. This isn't a "here's a phone book, good luck" role. You're plugging into a high-end outbound infrastructure with multi-channel workflows, data enrichment, and buying signals already running. Commission-only, uncapped. The more meetings you book, the more you make. Simple.

A Day in the Life

Your morning starts in the CRM, working through warm leads - people who downloaded a lead magnet, signed up from our content, or came through our ads. You're calling them while they're still engaged, booking meetings for the founders' calendars. Mid-morning shifts to follow-ups: nurturing prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn who aren't ready yet but are getting closer. Afternoons are cold outreach - working through curated lists of recruitment agency owners, new agency founders, and newly promoted decision-makers. You're not guessing who to call. Our data enrichment and signal workflows tell you exactly who's worth reaching out to and why. End of day: log activity, prep tomorrow's call list, rinse and repeat.

What You'll Do

  • Call and qualify warm inbound leads daily (lead magnet downloads, content signups, ad responses)
  • Execute cold outbound calls to curated prospect lists of recruitment agency owners and decision-makers
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to nurture and convert
  • Book qualified discovery meetings on the founders' calendars
  • Own pipeline generation for assigned product lines (RecruitingOS, AcademyOS, BuildOS)
  • Log all activity in the CRM and maintain clean pipeline data
  • Hit weekly and monthly appointment targets consistently

What You'll Need

  • Comfortable picking up the phone and calling strangers - no call reluctance
  • Strong verbal communication and fast objection handling
  • Thick skin - you're selling to sales people (recruitment agency owners)
  • Understanding of how outbound pipeline works (reps, cadences, follow-up rhythm)
  • Resilient mindset - you bounce back from rejection quickly and keep dialing

Nice to Have

  • Experience in or selling to the recruitment industry
  • Familiarity with outreach tools (Lemlist, Clay, Instantly) or AI tools (Claude Code, Claude CoWork)
  • Multi-language skills (German is a bonus given our DACH market)

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days

You've completed onboarding - you understand our ICP, know what makes recruitment agency owners buy, can articulate our product suite confidently, and have a full grasp of the tool stack (CRM, Lemlist, enrichment workflows). You've shadowed calls and started making your first outreach.

First 60 Days

You're on the phone the majority of your day, booking meetings independently. You're working warm inbound leads and cold lists, owning pipeline for your assigned product lines, and following up systematically. You know the objections and handle them without hesitation.

First 90 Days

You're consistently hitting ambitious appointment targets. You own the full pipeline for your product suite - from first touch to booked meeting. You're a reliable engine feeding qualified meetings to the sales team every week.

Who You'll Work With

You'll work directly alongside Niklas (CEO) and Mark (Head of Sales) in a tight two-person sales team, booking qualified meetings for their calendars. Direct founder access, fast feedback loops, no layers.

Compensation

Commission-only with uncapped earnings. You earn a fee for every qualified meeting booked plus a percentage of closed deal value from the meetings you generate. Tiered accelerators reward overperformance - the more you book, the higher your per-meeting rate. During your ramp-up period, you'll receive a guaranteed monthly draw so you can focus on learning the system without financial pressure.

Timezone: Must cover UK and US market hours
